- Student performance deficiencies
- Fidelity of instructor delivery
- Relevance to subject matter objectives
Technical Responsibilities - Maintain web presence by creating content, keeping code base up-to-date and expanding the site as needed
- Upgraded web server to a WAMP environment and moved web materials to a PHP/ MySql based content management system (Joomla and Wordpress)
- Maintain 1550 student and 120 staff Active Directory accounts including account creation, assigning rights and managing network shares and privileges
- Inventory, diagnose, repair and maintain 650+ computer work stations throughout the campus
