For the past few years I have been working in the education field in technology support. I am more of a swiss army knife, I spend any amount of time on any of the following: helping students and teachers learn to use technology, maintain a network of 120+ users and 400+ computers, producing videos for instuctional use and reset the occasional password. There is more where that all came from. Before all this I was a technology and music teacher and before that I taught musical theater. All the while I had my hidden geek. I explored it with a short lived production company that put out several short films and video projections (weddings). I won a minor contest with Sprint for one such film. I have currently been blogging on my own site, Funkee Munkee Land, and created a new site for Orlando Diabetics on the Insulin Pump. Recently I have also begun to blog for the Orlando Sentinel as the Colonialtown representative. I am also UCF graduate and resident of Orlando since 1994. I havebeen active in the community through my neighborhood association as president for the past two years.
